Return & Exchange Policy – Beads & Wires

At AAA Wires, we are committed to making your shopping experience for beads, jewelry supplies, craft wire, and findings simple and stress-free. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from our online bead store. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our detailed return and exchange guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition: unopened, unused, and with all original packaging.

  • Beads sold by the strand, wire spools, and packaged findings must remain sealed and unused to qualify for return.

  • Products that have been cut, altered, or partially used are not eligible for return.

  • Clearance beads, sale items, and final-sale jewelry-making supplies cannot be returned.

  • Custom jewelry orders, special requests, and made-to-order items are non-returnable.

How to Return Craft Supplies or Beads

  2. Pack your beads, wire, or jewelry tools securely to prevent damage during shipping.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.

  5. Always include your order number and contact information inside the package to ensure proper processing.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned beads, tools, or findings, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days after processing for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We do not process direct exchanges at this time.

  • To exchange an item (such as beads in a different size or wire in another color), please return your original order and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

  • If your package arrives with damaged beads, defective jewelry-making tools, or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • To speed up the resolution, please send us a photo of the product and packaging.

  • After review, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
